I live for times like this. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. I love spending time with the two loves of my life! Tonight we went to the Treehouse Museum for their annual, members only, Santa's cookie and milk party. We went and ate cookies and milk, wrote a letter to Santa (good thing Santa is bringing exactly what Kallie wrote in her list!) AND we got to see Santa! She is really into Santa this year and is loving it. I am loving it too! She said,
"I'm just gonna be a little shy to him."
She is so funny.
She was terrified of the Christmas bear that was wandering around
(thank you gorilla man at halloween for that new found fear of people in FULL costume!)
But we just tried to avoid it where ever possible.
Patiently waiting for Santa to come out! I am pretty sure she is the cutest little girl I have ever met! I know I am a little biased...but she is pretty darn cute! Can you see the excitement on her face? Makes me all warm a fuzzy inside!
We had to sing to get Santa to come out:
side note: the guy you hear singing off key in the beginning...yeah, it's Bryan being silly.
Then at the end you see our old neighbors walk by! It was great to see them. We had no idea they were there! We miss them!

He's here!
I am so glad I had my point and shoot that I keep in my purse, because we did not grab the camera on our way out the door!
Then we headed over to the movie theaters and saw Tangled. We really loved it and Kallie loved it. I debated over letting her see it because it is PG and not G, but it was better than Princess and the Frog in my opinoin (she has not seen that one and won't be seeing that one any time soon because of the dark spirit fear factor) and it is G! I can honestly say that it probably is the best animated film Disney has given us in a while!
During the movie Kallie turned to her Dad and said,
"um, I really like this movie, but their are just rainbows on the wall."
They had these lights on the wall that were colored and she was intrigued by them. She is so observant. I love it. I love that she takes it all in and notices the little things.

we want to see tangled so bad. we tried to go the other day but it wasn't showing at the right time. i've heard from so many people that it's a must see.
my boys LOVE princess and the frog. we bought it without knowing really what it was about and i was pretty disappointed with the voodoo stuff. i don't understand the ratings these days.
