Kallie has found her thumb. This is the only day she has found it repeatedly. She won't take a bink. So I end up being a bink sometimes...not so good!
So, a thumb...honestly, it may be harder habit to break but, right now, I'm not gonna stop her.

thumbs are great after all you don't have to worry about them droping the bink and not being able to find it. besides...I sucked my thumb for a long time and guess what no braces or huge dental problems I am also pretty normal so... my opinion is that thumbs are wonderful... she will stop in her own time especially when she starts school. Love you
So cute that she sucks her thumb! it's fun when they learn to soothe themselves. Just make sure you start weaning her off it before she gets too big. :) I was 8 when I stopped. not so fun then. :)
Oh, do whatever you want! Eve doesn't take a binky too much, but just enough. She also LOVES her fingers, but doesn't really suck on them to soothe. I do know what it is like to be a human pacifier. But, oh well. They are little for so short a time. I also sometimes nurse her to sleep during the day...we lay down together and take naps...but, like I said, they are little for such a short time that I will do that while I still can. And if she wants to suck her thumb... more power to her!
Baby Frank would not take the pacifier either! And as you have seen, he sucks his two fingers. I honestly love it, because he soothes himself right to sleep and it is connected to him! Definitely better than the boob - I second that one! ;-)
